VoiceToTask non raccoglie i tuoi dati. Non abbiamo server, non abbiamo account, non sappiamo chi sei. Questa pagina spiega dove finisce quello che dici all'app.
Succede in due casi, entrambi sotto il tuo controllo.
L'audio non viene mai inviato a un motore AI: solo il testo già trascritto.
L'app non raccoglie statistiche d'uso di nessun tipo. Non traccia fra app o siti, non contiene SDK pubblicitari o di analisi di terze parti, non crea identificatori pubblicitari e non condivide nulla con inserzionisti o data broker.
Se sul dispositivo è attivo iCloud, l'app tiene allineate le tue registrazioni fra i tuoi apparecchi: audio, trascrizioni, task e analisi. Finiscono nel database privato del tuo account iCloud, sotto il tuo ID Apple. Chi sviluppa l'app non può leggerli, non riceve una copia e non sa nemmeno quante persone stiano sincronizzando: Apple non glielo dice.
Le chiavi API restano fuori: vivono nel Portachiavi di questo dispositivo e non vengono sincronizzate.
Si spegne da Impostazioni di iOS → il tuo nome → iCloud, togliendo VoiceToTask dall'elenco delle app. Senza iCloud l'app funziona esattamente come prima, solo su un dispositivo.
Se attivi la sincronizzazione, l'app crea in Promemoria una voce per i task che confermi. Non legge né modifica i promemoria esistenti.
Quando accetti un orario proposto per un task, l'app aggiunge quell'evento al tuo calendario. Il permesso richiesto è di sola scrittura: l'app può creare eventi e non può leggere quelli che ci sono già. È il motivo per cui una proposta d'orario non dice mai che quell'ora è libera — non può saperlo.
Le notifiche sono programmate localmente da iOS: non passano da un server.
Gli acquisti sono gestiti da Apple. Non vediamo il tuo metodo di pagamento e non riceviamo dati che ti identifichino. L'app sa soltanto se lo sblocco Pro è attivo.
L'app non è rivolta a bambini e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori di 13 anni. Non raccogliendo dati personali di nessuno, la questione non si pone in pratica.
Eliminando una registrazione spariscono audio, trascrizione, analisi e task collegati. Disinstallando l'app sparisce tutto, chiavi comprese. Non essendoci un account, non c'è niente da chiederci di cancellare.
GDPR e CCPA danno diritto ad accedere, correggere ed eliminare i dati personali trattati. Non trattandone alcuno, questi diritti si esercitano direttamente sul dispositivo: i dati sono già tuoi e solo tuoi. Per i dati inviati a un fornitore AI da te scelto, i diritti si esercitano presso quel fornitore.
Se questa informativa cambierà, la data in alto verrà aggiornata e la modifica sarà indicata nelle note di versione dell'app.

VoiceToTask does not collect your data. We run no servers, there are no accounts, and we do not know who you are. This page explains where the things you say to the app end up.
This happens in two cases, both under your control.
Audio is never sent to an AI engine: only the already-transcribed text.
The app collects no usage statistics of any kind. It does not track across apps or websites, contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, creates no advertising identifiers, and shares nothing with advertisers or data brokers.
If iCloud is on, the app keeps your recordings in step across your devices: audio, transcripts, tasks and analyses. They live in the private database of your iCloud account, under your Apple ID. The developer cannot read them, receives no copy, and is not even told how many people sync: Apple does not share that.
API keys stay out of it: they live in this device's Keychain and are never synced.
You can turn it off in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud, by removing VoiceToTask from the list of apps. Without iCloud the app works exactly as before, on one device.
If you turn on syncing, the app creates a Reminders entry for the tasks you confirm. It neither reads nor modifies your existing reminders.
When you accept a suggested time for a task, the app adds that event to your calendar. The permission it asks for is write-only: it can create events and cannot read the ones already there. That is why a suggested time never claims the slot is free — the app cannot know.
Notifications are scheduled locally by iOS: no server is involved.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment method and receive no data identifying you. The app only knows whether the Pro unlock is active.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. Since it collects no personal data from anyone, the question does not arise in practice.
Deleting a recording removes its audio, transcript, analysis and linked tasks. Deleting the app removes everything, keys included. With no account, there is nothing to ask us to delete.
GDPR and CCPA grant rights to access, correct and delete personal data. Since we process none, these rights are exercised directly on the device: the data is already yours and only yours. For data you send to an AI provider of your choosing, exercise those rights with that provider.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated and the change noted in the app's release notes.
